Advent Carol Service

Sunday 30th November at 4.30pm
The first Carol Service of the Christmas season as we begin the Advent season; a time of waiting as we anticipate Jesus our Saviour coming to earth as a baby.

Christmas Tree Festival

Saturday 6th – Sunday 7th December
Visit the Bitteswell Church to see trees made and decorated by groups and individuals in the community.

Messy Christingle: Jesus is the Light of the World

Sunday 7th December ~ 4.30pm at Lutterworth Church

A messy event for families with pre-school and primary age children, with loads of crafts and activities, a bible story and lively songs. After tidy-up time, there’s a BBQ with burgers and hot dogs (and cakes afterwards too!).

Celebrate Christmas with ‘Style’

Friday 12th December at 7.30pm
This local a capella singing group will be singing in Bitteswell Church. Tickets £7, Available from Margaret on 01455 553258.

Celtic Carols

Saturday 13th December at 7.00pm
Come and sing carols both familiar and new, with a Celtic flavour; accompanied by a live band.

Bitteswell Church Carol Service

Sunday 14th December at 6.30pm
Join the village community for an evening of carols with a nativity tableau.

Cotesbach – Christmas in the Yard

Saturday 20th December at 4pm
An outdoor nativity for the whole family, with live music and refreshments.

This well-known local choir will be singing traditional Christmas carols and sacred music.

Crib Service

Wednesday 24th December at 4.00pm
“Christmas starts with the Crib Service!” Everyone – toddlers, teenagers and the young at heart are invited to become angels, shepherds and wise men and help tell the story of Jesus’ birth.

Late Night Carol Service

Wednesday 24th December at 11.15pm
Celebrate the night in Bethlehem when Jesus was born, as we join together to sing Carols and worship the new born King.

followed by Midnight Communion

At this traditional midnight communion service we share in the bread and the wine to remember the salvation that Jesus offers to all.
